Normalize CSS selectors.

Examples:

* `#foo>.bar` -> `#foo > .bar`
* ` 	#foo 	 > 	 .bar 	 ` -> `#foo > .bar`
* `foo[ a = 'b' ]` -> `foo[a='b']`
